For our client Siemens Energy, a leading global player in the energy sector, we are now looking for a Technical Project Manager for Industrial Heat Pumps for an assignment at their site in Finspång. Thanks to high-tech and innovative product development, the company is an established partner in the energy sector, delivering advanced and sustainable solutions for current and future market needs. Through this assignment, you will have the opportunity to work in an international and forward-thinking environment with many development opportunities. This is initially a consulting assignment for approximately 8 months via Unik Resurs, with a very good chance of extension. We apply continuous selection, which means that the assignment may be filled earlier than the application deadline.

Responsibilities and Duties

Our heat pump organization has its bases in Finspång and Germany (Müllheim, Erlangen), and we are looking for someone who wants to work in a varied role where you can influence and contribute to our operations. The technical part of the Service Heat Pump Office offers sales support and technical assistance for our heat pumps. We are responsible for developing innovative service concepts and products for our heat pumps. Our dedicated team handles all models of heat pumps delivered from Finspång and Germany. You will work with, among other things:

• Technical Responsibility: You will have technical responsibility in projects, which includes sales, delivery, and continuous improvement work.
• Documentation and Materials: You assist other departments with technical documentation and are responsible for producing drawings, final documentation, and sales materials.
• Collaboration and Project Work: You work together with designers, salespeople, project managers, and field service, and actively participate in development projects.
• Customer Interaction: You will visit our customers and define the technical content of current assignments.
• Lifetime Analyses: You will conduct lifetime analyses on our existing heat pump systems.

Your Profile

What You Bring: You are a proactive problem solver who listens to customer needs and acts to exceed their expectations. You are efficient, self-driven, structured, and positive, with a strong desire to make a difference every day. You are a skilled relationship builder who easily collaborates and builds trust with both customers and colleagues. You have a technical education (at least a Bachelor’s degree) or equivalent. You have experience with heat pumps, refrigeration machines, gas turbines, steam turbines, or power plants. You can read and understand drawings and have experience working with PLM and CAD. Experience in heat balance calculations is an advantage. You are proficient in Swedish and English; German is a plus.
